CHYM Finance Manager
The CHYM Finance Manager will serve as the financial steward of one of the most ambitious transportation programs ever undertaken in Nashville. The CHYM Finance Manager will provide oversight of a multi-billion-dollar capital portfolio and $111 million in annual operating expenditures, ensure transparency, accountability, and efficiency across dozens of partner departments, agencies, and vendors. Shape financial strategy that unlocks new funding sourcesincluding federal, state, and other investments, and play a visible leadership role in delivering projects that make Nashville safer, more connected, and more equitable.
Reporting to the Finance Director's Office, The CHYM Finance Manager must have a considerable understanding of budgeting principles and the ability to successfully work on multiple tasks, sometimes with short deadlines, within a team environment. This position requires strong analytical, oral, written and organizational skills. The selected applicant will also have a demonstrated customer service orientation. Performs other related duties as required.

Typical Duties
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Management related field, Public Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university, and five (5) years of increasingly responsible fiscal and / or governmental management experience including (3) years of managerial experience.
For this specific position, substitution will not be considered.
