About The Position

Registered Nurse - Medical - Surgical (Telemetry)

Plattsburgh, NY

16 weeks

Shift -12H Night 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 30 AM

Target Start 12 / 1. Assignment for 16-32 weeks.

RN for Resource Pool, Float, M / S Tele : A minimum of every other weekend and / or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. M / S Tele is expected to work ED HOLD patients as well. Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas / Christmas Eve, and New Years Day / Eve.

Requirements :

• A minimum of 1 year experience
• AHA BLS required, CMSRN preferred
• NIHSS will be required prior to starting
• Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
• NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates / offers
