A company is looking for a Sales Account Manager, Asphalt Emulsions - Dispersions & Resins North America (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all commercial activities at selected Asphalt Emulsion customers to ensure account retention and profitable growth
Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key stakeholders and create account-specific plans aligned with business strategy
Engage with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and provide accurate sales forecasts for efficient planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in a commercial role, or an Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience
Experience in delivering results in relevant industries such as asphalt emulsions or paving
Ability to plan and implement long-term customer account strategies
Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and initiative
Experience in market intelligence gathering related to customer portfolios and competitor activities
