As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter incidents and respond to security-related concerns. You will conduct routine patrols, interact professionally with employees and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate : $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Sat 08 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 PM

Sun 08 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner on site.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and observe activities within the location to help to deter prohibited behavior.

Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
