Real Estate Transaction Manager

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager - Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Manage real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties

Negotiate business terms and conditions as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent

Coordinate and track transaction activities, preparing reports and presentations for relevant parties

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of real estate transactions or related experience

Healthcare transactions experience preferred

Real Estate salesperson license required

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Sophisticated math skills for financial calculations
