A company is looking for a Real Estate Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and activity reports

Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers

Generate property listings and maintain knowledge of real estate laws and market trends

Required Qualifications

Must maintain a current State of Florida Real Estate Broker's License

Must have 10 years of sales manager experience, preferably in a resort / club community

Must demonstrate a strong understanding of customer and real estate market dynamics

Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, and climbing stairs

Must maintain continuing education requirements and comply with company policies
