Executive Chef - Memphis Tennessee

Overview

As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations while ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. You'll lead meal preparation aligned with company guidelines and standards. This is a dynamic opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial culinary leader.

Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $92,000.00 / yr

Key Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified menus based on established guidelines
• Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
• Complete and use production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality
• Train kitchen staff on food prep, equipment use, safety, and sanitation
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules for kitchen and equipment
• Manage inventory to stay within guidelines while ensuring availability of items
• Make decisions on leftover product usage in line with company policy
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and pass audits
• Follow all facility, department, and company safety procedures
• Participate in meetings, development sessions, and training as needed
