Key Responsibilities
Drive growth and retention by identifying opportunities within existing customer accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and manage the renewal and expansion cycle

Required Qualifications
5+ years of SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience, preferably in HR technology solutions
Proven track record of managing accounts and driving revenue growth through renewals and upsells
Strong sales acumen and ability to build relationships with HR and L&D decision-makers
Analytical skills to leverage data for client conversations and uncover opportunities
Proactive and collaborative mindset, adaptable to a fast-paced environment
