Description

We need a food service professional with leadership skills to be the next assistant manager for our quick service restaurant. The assistant manager is responsible for ordering kitchen supplies and equipment, managing team schedules and costs to ensure smooth and profitable daily operations. They will supervise employee tasks, hire and train new team members, and uphold restaurant standards.

Responsibilities

  • Verify compliance with food handling safety requirements
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Generate reports on customer satisfaction and suggest improvements
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through quick and quality service
  • Create schedules for staff shifts

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Proven experience in customer service and a guest-focused approach
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Experience in food service is required
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

    • Compensation

    $14 - $18 hourly
