Security Officer - Cre Patrol Specialist

As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Specialist in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. Your routine patrols and visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your strong customer service skills will foster positive interactions throughout the property. In this role, you will use technology such as alarm panels, access control systems, and computer or tablet devices to support daily tasks. Pay Rate : $23.45 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeMon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wed 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or responding to emergencies as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations and activities as required by site protocols.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with visitors, tenants and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
  • Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the commercial real estate environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control systems and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
