SUMMARY : Management Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative in Grand Rapids, MI area. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns, analyze problems, and find appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with various departments. This ensures that you can access the necessary resources, gather relevant information, and provide accurate responses to citizens' complaints or inquiries.
• Familiarize yourself with the payment processes and systems used within the organization.
• Act as a liaison between the citizens and the relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate records of all communication, updates, and resolutions related to the citizens' inquiries or service needs.
• Other duties assigned.
