Desktop Engineer

LaSalle Network is hiring an Onsite Support Technician to join a fast-paced IT team supporting critical technology operations. Onsite Support Technician Responsibilities :

• Deliver onsite technical support for hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals through InTune, SCCM, and Thin Client platforms
• Troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and connectivity issues for Windows, Linux, and network devices
• Manage and administer local user access, maintaining compliance with security protocols
• Reset and unlock passwords to support daily user operations
• Stay current on IT tools, technologies, and certifications needed for system access and compliance
