Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant - Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary : $90-105,000 annually, commensurate with experience

    • Senior Accountant - Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting principles
  • Demonstrated experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar preferred)
  • Ability to generate, analyze, and present financial data (actual, prior, and budget)
  • Skilled in analyzing trends, costs, and revenues to support forecasting and budgeting decisions
  • Ability to assist, train, and mentor junior team members
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines

    • Senior Accountant - Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (MBA) and / or professional designation preferred (CPA, CFA)
  • Experience in multi-entity or project-based accounting environments
  • Background in renewable energy, logistics, construction, or heavy equipment industries
  • Familiarity with fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and consolidations
  • Proven ability to identify process improvements and implement best practices
