Deal Team Coordinator
The Deal Team Coordinator will assist more than 50 General Construction Sales Representatives with administrative tasks. These administrative tasks include the creation of the quote to managing the lifecycle of the quote to invoicing. The Deal Coordinator role is responsible for quoting and invoicing more than $330M of revenue. This role requires critical thinking skills, deep understanding of the construction / equipment industry.

Essential Functions :
- Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
- Responsible for quoting more than $330M for more than 50 General Construction Representatives.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of sales quotes to remove administrative constraints and maximize customer facing activities for the sales teams
- Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Requires regular and punctual employee attendance
- Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
