We are seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to join IQVIA Laboratories in Valencia, CA

As the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist, you will manage and implement site EHS policies and programs to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. You will also oversee EHS programs across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with IQVIA Laboratories Corporate / Global EHS programs and applicable regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing EHS programs at business unit level for one or multiple sites to ensure compliance with IQVIA Laboratories Corporate EHS policies and regulatory obligations (e.g., US OSHA, UK HSE).
• Ensuring corrective actions are implemented and documented in response to audits and reviews.
• Maintaining site compliance calendar and verify timely completion of recurring compliance actions.
• Training large groups on safety procedures and governing environmental laws.
• Conducting or coordinating internal site risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and assess risks.
• Assisting teams with development and assignment of appropriate CAPAs.
• Ensuring adequate management and training of EHS resources within the business.
• Champion site EHS Committee implementation and support the Committee Chairperson.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $64,100.00 - $106,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
