Overview
We are looking for a Communications & Media Relations Manager to lead artist publicity and help drive awareness across major U.S. media outlets. This role will be responsible for developing PR strategies, managing press runs for album promotions, and securing key TV and media placements for our artists.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR and media strategies for artists and releases.
- Build and maintain relationships with press, producers, and media outlets nationwide.
- Pitch and secure coverage in entertainment, lifestyle, and music media (TV, print, digital, and radio).
- Manage press runs, interviews, and TV appearances during promotion periods.
- Write and distribute press releases, artist bios, and media kits.
- Collaborate with artist management and marketing teams to align communications and campaign narratives.
- Track media coverage and report performance insights.
Qualifications
3~5+ years of PR, communications, or media relations experience in music or entertainment.Strong media connections with U.S. entertainment, lifestyle, and music outlets.Proven success in pitching and securing national TV or media placements.Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.Experience managing press campaigns, interviews, and event publicity.Passion for global music and Asian pop culture.Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.Experience working with Asian artists or bilingual ability (Korean, Japanese, Mandarin) a plus.Why Join AMA
