Lead Business Systems Analyst

This role requires hands-on Microsoft D365 ERP experience with Project and Accounting modules as a Finance and Accounting Lead. Experience working with Government Contracts customers highly preferred. Apply today for immediate consideration.

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering

• Identify and analyze business needs, conduct requirements gathering, and define scope and objectives.
• Lead requirements gathering using various approaches such as workshops, use cases, user stories, context and process diagrams, and stakeholder analysis.
• Analyze and understand business requirements, business processes, functional requirements, and system capabilities.

Benefits

The expected salary for this position is $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
