Data Entry Clerk

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Entry Clerk Job Title : Data Entry Clerk Location : Cleveland Ohio Duration : 03+ Months As a Data Entry Clerk, you will : This role is responsible for collecting and entering product status updates into Microsoft Excel on an hourly basis throughout the production plant. The individual will walk across various buildings to gather data, maintain accurate records, and support other operational functions. Additional clerical duties and database entry (Oracle) are required. Key Responsibilities Collect production data hourly from various departments. Input and revise data in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Maintain data accuracy and integrity. Update Oracle database with relevant production information. Perform general clerical tasks as needed. Adhere to PPE requirements and safety protocols. Walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift. Support housekeeping tasks when required. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Required Skills & Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to recognize and escalate issues with urgency. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage complexity and multitask independently. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, non-office production environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Minimum 1 year in data entry, clerical, or similar role. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 lbs. PPE Requirements Must be clean-shaven on Day 1 for respirator fitting (mandatory). Steel-toe shoes, hard hat, lab coat, and safety glasses required in production areas. • : $19.00- $23.00 per hour.
