The Creative Producer is a key production lead on Home Chef’s Marketing team, responsible for leading execution of photo and video content across digital and social platforms including Linear (Broadcast and OTT), Meta (Instagram + Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat. This role brings creative concepts—developed by the brand and creative teams—to life through efficient, high-quality production.

Working closely with senior creative leadership, the Creative Producer manages the content creation pipeline from pre-production planning to post-production delivery. This person is fluent in both still and motion photography production, highly organized, and skilled at translating creative direction into platform-optimized assets.

Detailed Responsibilities

Production Execution

• Lead all phases of content production—including scheduling, filming, and editing—for approved concepts
• Translate creative briefs and direction from the Creative Director or Content Lead into polished, on-brand assets
• Ensure content meets spec and best practices for Linear, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Coordinate freelance creatives and post vendors as needed to scale production

Branded Partnership Production

Performance Marketing Support

Support content needs for paid social, email, and digital placements as needed

Platform & Content Trends

Apply these insights when executing creative concepts to ensure content relevance and engagement

Communicate timing and feasibility of production deliverables during planning discussions

This position requires 0-10% travel.
