This is a high-impact role with full P&L responsibility , overseeing both preconstruction and construction operations . The ideal candidate is a seasoned builder and business leader who excels in ownership, innovation, and delivering results.

🛠️ Your Role & Responsibilities

You’ll lead all phases of project delivery, from concept to closeout, ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Preconstruction Leadership :

• Engage directly with clients, design teams, and stakeholders
• Develop and present detailed budgets, schedules, and value engineering strategies
• Oversee subcontractor prequalification, bid packaging, and buyout
• Deliver compelling client presentations and win work
