Position Overview : As part of the talented Human Resources Operations team, you will collaborate with a variety of people on projects and work that contributes to the success of the Manufacturing Operations teams. This role will provide an opportunity to gain practical experience and insights into HR Operations. You will receive a variety of experiences across multiple disciplines of Human Resources.

Essential Functions :

• Explore key areas of Human Resources by being exposed to work in recruiting, analytics, benefits, compensation, talent management, employee & labor relations, and learning & development.
• Complete a meaningful project and present your results to leadership.
• Support key processes by partnering with experienced HR leaders and propose and execute ideas for improvement.
• The HR intern performs various administrative tasks in support of the HR department.
• Organize, schedule, and execute employee engagement activities.

Working Conditions :

The anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $27.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will vary depending on multiple factors including year in school / credits earned, degree, job-related knowledge / skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate's qualifications and the business context.
