Responsibilities :

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the full logistical operations of the Durham, NC location. This includes managing the departments of receiving, shipping, delivery, and inventory / product storage. Key responsibilities include :

• Directing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate and efficient flow of materials in and out of the facility.
• Supervising receiving and shipping processes, ensuring timely and correct handling of goods.
• Managing inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize loss.
• Coordinating delivery schedules and ensuring timely dispatch of products.
• Leading and developing warehouse staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
