Job Description & Requirements Oncology Physician StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $309.43 - $334.95 This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity : Schedule : Monday - Friday | 12 hour shifts, starting at 7 : 30am Practice Setting : Inpatient Types of Cases : General Oncology cases Credentialing Timeframe : 60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic Credentialing Timeframe : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Active Illinois license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required DOX Facility Location Easy to access, Peoria’s metropolitan lifestyle gets together with stunning natural beauty.
