Unified Residential Management is committed to providing an exceptional living experience in our luxury apartment communities. We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to help us maintain the highest standards of quality and comfort for our residents.
The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in preserving the pristine condition of our luxury properties. You'll be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, ensuring that our apartments and common areas meet the exacting standards our discerning residents expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance requests
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair issues related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property through painting, light carpentry, and general repairs
- Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new residents
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes
- Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
- Contribute to the overall upkeep of common areas and building exteriors
