Job Title : Procurement Buyer I

Location : Newport Beach, CA 92660

Duration : 3 months Contract (Good Possibilities of extension)

Key Responsibilities :

• Create, review, and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Coupa.
• Manage approvals and workflows in alignment with corporate procurement policies.
• Source products and services from approved suppliers; ensure compliance with contracts and preferred supplier lists.
• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as first-line support for employees submitting requests through Coupa (punch-out orders, non-catalog requests, invoice issues).
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate purchasing data and ensure Coupa master data (supplier records) is up to date.
• Support sourcing initiatives and work with category managers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance to end users on Coupa best practices.
