Your New Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering. This role involves designing and managing projects through all phases of design and construction. The ideal candidate will lead projects to successful completion by ensuring that all goals are met on time and within budget, while also contributing technical expertise to the engineering and design aspects of each project. Clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle is essential to maintain transparency and alignment. This position is integral to our team’s success and requires the ability to commute to one of our three office locations : Minneapolis, MN; Hudson, WI; or Lenexa, KS.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Project Execution :

Manage project scope, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

Utilize mechanical engineering or design expertise to not only guide but also directly contribute to the technical aspects of the project.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and deadlines.
