Our Engineering client is seeking a Technology Business Analyst that will play a central role in coordinating delivery across our client's data transformation programs. Focused on agile practices and program-level alignment, this individual will partner with Product Owners and technical leads to manage dependencies, support release planning, and drive accountability across multiple squads. Success in this role requires strong facilitation skills, delivery management expertise, and the ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Agile Lead across multiple squads, ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum and Agile practices.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, standups, reviews, retrospectives) across squads.
• Coordinate dependencies and enablers across squads and with external stakeholders.
• Act as delivery manager, ensuring predictable delivery through release planning and progress tracking.
• Identify and remove impediments to delivery at the team and program level.
• Coach Product Owners and delivery teams on Agile maturity and continuous improvement.
• Measure and monitor delivery team's process efficiency and velocity.
• Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
