About the role

At CS Erickson, we tackle some of the most challenging and complex electrical projects in West Michigan. As a growing company expanding into Texas, we offer big-project experience with a tight-knit team feel. You won't be a cog in the machine you'll lead projects that make an impact, with real ownership and recognition.

What you'll do

• Lead electrical construction projects up to $10M from kickoff to closeout.
• Build strong relationships with clients, GCs, engineers, and field crews.
• Own the schedule, budget, and quality making sure projects finish safely, on time, and within budget.
• Preplan every project and keep planning throughout it's how we win.
• Use top tools (Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) to streamline project delivery.
• Mentor and guide electricians and subs, fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Be the go-to communicator you'll keep everyone aligned with real-time updates.
