Job Title : Project Manager

Location : Location : Columbia, SC (Fully Onsite, 5 days / week)

Residency Requirement : Candidate must be a South Carolina resident or willing to relocate at own expense

Duration : 5 months

Interview Process : 1 round, virtual

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Define and document business requirements and project artifacts

Oversee risk and issue management, including identification of triggers and mitigation strategies

Allocate resources and estimate technical efforts

Provide clear, timely project status updates and executive-level presentations

Foster collaboration across diverse stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams

Required Skills & Experience

PMP Certification (mandatory)

3+ years project management experience in healthcare, insurance, or IT environments

Strong background in healthcare insurance IT project management

Proficiency with SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access

Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously

Excellent written and oral communication skills, including executive presentations

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Medicaid or healthcare delivery systems

Hands-on experience with risk management frameworks (risk triggers, mitigation planning)
