Position Overview : Our client seeks a talented associate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join a high-profile, nationally recognized practice. The firm handles diverse complex matters, including commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, employment litigation, real estate, land use issues, and other sophisticated business disputes.

Responsibilities : Work on challenging cases in a dynamic, collaborative environment, including drafting pleadings and legal documents involving complex issues, and representing clients in litigation and trial work.

Qualifications :

• 2–5 years of litigation experience in areas such as commercial, IP, employment, real estate, and land use disputes
• Graduate of a top nationally recognized law school; top 10% of class preferred
• Judicial clerkship experience, preferably with a U.S. District Judge
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and strong work ethic
• Admitted to The Florida Bar or eligible soon
