What You Will Do
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Oversee WMS and WCS software functionality in a warehouse environment.
- Identify and resolve issues related to WMS and WCS software applications.
- Monitor system hardware and software independently.
- Resolve critical mechanical issues.
- Install software on Windows workstations and laptops.
- Provide logistical support for warehouse operations.
- Generate management reports for clients.
System Stability and Efficiency
Analyze system performance to identify operational issues.Improve operational processes to enhance throughput.Lead troubleshooting procedures, including incident, problem, and change management.Assess operational priorities to maximize system uptime.Develop operational solutions and study their impact on the entire logistics system.Support and modify software to sustain warehouse operations.Assist with project commissioning, testing, and deployment of WMS / WCS solutions.Train clients on system capabilities and troubleshoot operational issues.Additional Duties
Maintain deep knowledge of the system and respond promptly to incidents.Provide on-site support and training.Manage release processes in collaboration with clients.Share information on new features and system improvements.Qualifications
Proficient in software applications and SQL.Knowledge of Linux, Windows 10, Windows Server, Oracle, PL / SQL, Java, or C++.Understanding of hardware, networking, and mechanical systems.Experience in software commissioning is a plus.Ability to work independently and in teams.Basic software development knowledge.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.What You Will Receive
