The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a wide range of criminal matters, from misdemeanors to felonies, and possess the confidence to represent clients in court. Responsibilities :

• Manage a caseload of criminal defense matters from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including arraignments, hearings, motions, and trials
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to develop defense strategies
• Stay up-to-date with relevant legal developments and changes in criminal law
