Head Automotive Technician (3 yrs. exp. required)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. Candidate must have experience working with all makes and models of vehicles and possess a strong background in automotive repair. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. You will also, lead a team and direct and oversee them on repairs.

• Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including powertrain components, electrical systems, and mechanical parts.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each vehicle.
• Collaborate with other service technicians to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Skills
• Proficient in automotive repair for all makes and models.
• Strong understanding of service technician responsibilities.
• Experience with auto estimating processes to provide accurate repair quotes.
• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
• Welding skills are a plus for certain repair tasks.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Accurately diagnose and communicate vehicle issues.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
