From managing inventory and financials to answering department questions, you'll be the go-to expert that keeps the process smooth and efficient. Your attention to detail and ownership of the numbers make a direct impact on the guest experience and the bottom line. THE STARTING RATE : $20.000 THE DAY-TO-DAY :

• Review charges / credits in the Minibar Suspense / Dispute accounts, move credits / charges to the correct guest folio, and settle guest accounts accordingly and in a timely manner
• Perform weekly money transfers, work closely with the accounting team and research all guest disputes and variances to ensure charges are posted correctly
• Answer telephones and respond to general inquiries and direct work orders and guest requests pertaining to the Minibar THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
• Is 21+ years of age
• Has 6+ months of experience in customer service
