Position Summary

Masaba Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in our manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in supporting production uptime and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems including wiring, conduit, panels, and lighting.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on machinery, equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on electrical components.
• Collaborate with the maintenance and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades and installations.
• Ensure all work complies with national and local electrical codes and Masaba’s safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
• Assist with training apprentices or junior electricians when applicable.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Physical Requirements :

This position is typically in a manufacturing setting and requires standing for long periods of time. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp. Ability to manipulate (carry, lift, move) objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Qualifications

Monday - Thursday, 6 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM with one hour lunch.
