You'll work closely with managers and employees to deliver exceptional HR services, including :
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution : Navigate complex employee relations issues, provide expert guidance, coaching and support to foster a positive work environment.Strategic Partnership : Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing coaching and guidance on employee-related matters. You will be supporting a team of 30+ employees at all levels.HR Strategy : Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.Compliance & Administration : Ensure adherence to all HR-related laws and regulations, including benefits administration, wage and hour compliance, payroll and related insurances.Performance Management & Engagement : Drive performance management processes and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and development.
