Tesoro Group is seeking a Property Manager to join one of our client's teams at (1) of their properties in West St. Paul, MN (55118). The ideal candidate will have 2 years' experience in property management - Market rate property experience is required. This role is direct hire role.

This role will be working with 80 Units, 3 stories, Market Rate and Built in 1972

Salary : $25-$27 / hour DOQ. This role is a direct hire role.

Schedule : Monday to Thursday 8am - 3pm and Friday 8am - 3pm.

Responsibilities and Job Duties :

• Clean : Ensure the property is kept clean and comfortable – caretaking responsibilities.
• Collected : Collect all rents and other fees on a monthly basis and handle delinquent accounts.
• Leased : Maintain a consistent occupancy standard and keep the property leased up.
• Handle all details of Move-Ins and Move-Outs.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Prepare and maintain complete resident files.
• Maintained : Maintain the property by keeping up on curb appeal and maintenance items.
• Ensure all maintenance requests are handled properly and that residents are informed when parts must be ordered and complete the work.
• Continually inspect the property and improvements, recording deficiencies and taking necessary action.
• Perform caretaker duties weekly.
• Ensure that all snow and ice is removed from sidewalks in a timely manner during winter months.
