As the Multi-Functional Quality Supervisor you will be responsible for the F-35 Quality EMAS team on 3rd shift. Your responsibilities will include :

• Lead and manage a team of quality inspectors to ensure the effective execution of quality functions.
• Develop and implement quality strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production Control, to ensure quality requirements are integrated into product design, production, and delivery.
• Foster a culture of Quality excellence, encouraging employee engagement, training, and development to ensure a skilled and competent workforce.
• Work with the Corrective Action team to help drive area improvements, RCCA, and employee feedback.
• Perform area FOD audits and interact with the production and DCMA customers.

Demonstrated ability to use processes related to corrective action / problem solving skills.

Experience managing in a production environment.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and without direct supervision.

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated strong ability to lead teams, make and influence decisions.

Demonstrated excellent teaming skills must interface with all levels of management, technical and floor personnel in a multi- organizational environment.

Union environment experience.

Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience / combined education.

Experience in Microsoft office applications.

Experienced user of QADS, VAS, PDM, JDL, SFM.

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
