Lead, Account Management
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to lead strategic account management for select high-profile North American customers in the semiconductor industry, with a primary focus on FOUPs, FOSBs, Reticle Pods, and Advanced Packaging. This role also includes a secondary focus on supporting other Entegris Business Units. This is a remote position, ideally based in a central US location (AZ, TX, ID, and UT preferred) to effectively cover key customers across the Central and Western regions of North America. The Account Manager will be responsible for : proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving product qualification and ramp management, providing sustaining support to maintain and grow market share, and achieving revenue goals through strategic customer engagement and solution delivery.
This role is critical to strengthening the strategic partnership between Entegris and key North American customers. The Account Manager will be expected to deepen customer relationships, foster greater customer intimacy, and effectively communicate Entegris' comprehensive value as a trusted and innovative partner.
What You'll Do :
- Interpret and communicate customer business and technology roadmaps to guide internal teams in enhancing product quality, securing top supplier status, and optimizing revenue, margin, and market share.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, product adoption, and key technology engagements.
- Oversee customer projects and evaluations, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Meet revenue targets while fostering long-term, value-driven relationships with strategic accounts.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across all customer levels to identify initiatives, define needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Engage effectively with executive leadership, procurement, engineering, and process development teams to maximize mutual value.
- Maintain cross-functional alignment by communicating customer insights, opportunities, and market trends internally.
- Lead and coordinate with Product Management, Field Application Engineering, and Manufacturing to support new product introductions and defend existing market share.
