Key Responsibilities

🔨 Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations on roofing project sites
• Ensure team safety and enforce compliance with regulations
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams
• Inspect work quality and report progress to Project Managers
• Maintain positive customer relationships on-site
• Resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track
• Conduct final site walkthroughs and ensure cleanup
