Lead and manage multiple corporate transaction projects, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructurings. Draft and review transaction documents and coordinate the execution of these documents. Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate law issues to assist clients in making informed decisions. Collaborate with other attorneys and teams to ensure comprehensive legal support that meets client needs. Handle due diligence investigations and assist in negotiating terms with stakeholders. Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate governance and business operations. Strong proficiency in drafting and interpreting legal documents related to M&A and corporate transactions. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
