Development Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development Specialist to join our Resource Development team. This role works closely with leadership to grow and manage a portfolio of donors under $5,000, execute digital fundraising campaigns, and support donor stewardship. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement annual mass-appeal giving programs and digital fundraising campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with individual donors and prospects
• Manage donor data in Raiser's Edge NXT and track progress toward goals
• Conduct donor research, draft communications, and prepare proposals
• Assist in planning and executing special development projects and events
• Represent the organization in the community with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Support the Development team with administrative tasks and reporting
