Overview
Burger King Restaurant Assistant Manager role at GPS Hospitality. RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team, delivering great guest experiences, and producing top line sales. RAMs contribute by learning, managing and teaching restaurant systems to achieve goals, develop people and provide excellent service. RAM's performance is recognized with a bonus program based on operational and financial results.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests
- Train and coach the team
- Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Meet all operational standards, including speed of service, food safety and cleanliness
- Meet positive food and labor variance and take appropriate action to improve results
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work all shifts as required by the business
- Set an example by maintaining an excellent working knowledge and high level of proficiency in restaurant operations
- Provide feedback and coaching to the team
- Demonstrate problem solving skills
- Follow all government regulations, employment laws, food safety and operations policies and implement all accounting controls
- Any / all other duties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager
Physical Requirements
