A company is looking for an Employee Relations Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic Employee Relations support and guidance to management and HR Business Partners
Conduct and document investigations into employee complaints and lead conflict resolution efforts
Collaborate with the HR Compliance Team to develop and maintain employee relations policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience
Professional credentials (such as SHRM-SCP) preferred
Ability to navigate complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
Strong leadership and management skills focused on fostering positive work environments
Experience in a matrix organization is highly desirable
