Were representing a very well-respected General Contractor with over 100 years of success delivering high-quality projects across the region. With a strong pipeline of medical tenant improvement work in Louisville, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team.

This role is ideal for a Superintendent who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering detail-heavy projects with complex MEP scopes. Youll be working on medical projects ranging from surgical suites and imaging centers to outpatient facilities and speciality clinics partnering with top healthcare clients who expect precision and reliability.

The Role

• Lead day-to-day field operations for medical TI projects
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule are consistently maintained
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
