Job Description

Oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning and design through to completion and handover. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and other project team members to ensure timely and quality delivery. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints. Create detailed project schedules, track progress, and adjust timelines to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and upper management to provide project updates and resolve issues. Manage project risks, identify potential challenges, and proactively develop solutions. Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications, ensuring they align with client expectations. Prepare and present project reports and documentation to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Ensure quality control throughout the construction process and conduct site inspections.

The Successful Applicant

Experience : 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a solid understanding of construction processes. Leadership : Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and motivate others to meet project goals. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Problem-Solving : Ability to foresee potential issues and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track. Technical Skills : Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and construction-related technologies. Attention to Detail : Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail and quality. Qualification : Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus. Safety and Compliance : Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards. Results-Driven : Demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects to completion, on time and within budget.
