A company is looking for a Health Insurance - Stakeholder Engagement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review case documentation and render independent determinations in accordance with IDRE guidelines
Accurately complete case-related documentation, reporting, and government portal data entry
Manage stakeholder communications, including requests for information, withdrawals, and inquiries
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in health care administration, insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years of experience in health insurance claims, coverage, or related field
Trained on both EIS and HIS review for a minimum of 6 months
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documentation
Experience engaging with diverse audiences in a professional manner
