Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Pharmacist located in West Miami, FL. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing prescription medications to patients, providing information about the safe use of prescriptions, and offering clinical advice to promote health and wellness. Day-to-day tasks include verifying prescriptions, managing inventory, administering vaccinations, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in the state of Florida and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
• Knowledge in Pharmacy Operations, Medication Therapy Management, and pharmaceutical care
• Patient counseling and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team
• Prior experience in a retail pharmacy setting is beneficial
