We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team at goVirtualoffice As an SDR, you will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts, qualifying potential customers, and setting appointments for our sales team using advanced autodialers and sales automation tools. Your primary goal will be to help expand our customer base and increase revenue by identifying and engaging with prospects effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Utilize autodialers to conduct outreach and follow up with potential customers.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs and ensuring they align with our product offerings.
Schedule appointments for Account Executives to conduct in-depth sales conversations.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated from campaigns.
Continuously improve outreach strategies by analyzing data and identifying trends.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Meet or exceed weekly / monthly quotas for leads generated and appointments scheduled.
Required Skills :
Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in a SaaS environment with a good understanding of business processes.
Familiarity with autodialers, CRM tools (e.g., Orum, HubSpot), and sales automation software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with prospects professionally.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to adapt your approach based on client needs.

Preferred Qualifications :

Background in telemarketing or inside sales.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. (Not Required)
