Requirements

What we look for in you

• Must have experience working in non-automotive industry, with engineering polymers.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Polymer Science and / or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or business development role, required.
• Strong customer interaction
• Strong commercial / business acumen
• In depth knowledge of engineering plastics customers, products and / or applications preferred
• Expertise in plastics in the automotive industry a plus
• Balance of commercial and technical know-how, skills and experience
• CRM experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong team building and team playing capabilities, must have demonstrated excellent relationship building, negotiation and influencing skill
